Two Reps bought this bank stock only to see a fall of nearly 90%

Even members of Congress sometimes make a bad trade. Rep. John Curtis and Rep. Lois Frankel both bought stock in First Republic Bank ( $FRC ) in the past several months. $FRC is down over 88% this month.
